Pervert Scotland pub boss sexually assaulted a female staff member

A publican has been placed on the sex offenders' register after sexually assaulting a young female staff member.

Scott Rae targeted the woman - who was then 22 - twice on the same day at Cheerz Bar in Falkirk's High Street, where he is the sole director.

On one occasion, bar boss Rae, 55, oversaw her buttocks, undid her belt and put his hand under her shorts - touching her private parts through her underwear.

The incidents happened on November 1st last year.

At Falkirk Sheriff Court, Rae, of Grahamston, Falkirk, pleaded guilty to sexual assault.

Sheriff Karen Kirk deferred sentence for reports until July 14th, when the Crown will narrate the facts of the case.

Solicitor Billy Hendry, defending, said there had been agreed.

Bail was continued.
